The Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) has entered into a landmark joint venture agreement with Middle East Harvesters (MEH Reportage) for the development of a world-class hotel and residential complex on Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The agreement, which was formally signed in Lagos, marks a major milestone in the Corporation’s ongoing urban renewal and real estate expansion drive under the administration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The proposed 28-floor structure will comprise 592 premium units, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, complemented by conference facilities, retail spaces, and other world-class amenities designed to elevate residential comfort and commercial vibrancy within the city’s commercial hub.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of LSDPC, Hon. Ayodeji Joseph, expressed delight at the formalisation of the partnership, describing the initiative as a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity” to transform Lagos’ urban landscape.
“This partnership reflects LSDPC’s vision to create transformative developments that redefine urban living standards in Lagos. It represents our continuous drive to deliver projects that blend innovation, sustainability, and style,”Joseph stated.
He further emphasized that the collaboration with MEH Reportage, a leading Middle Eastern investment and development firm, underscores the state’s growing attractiveness as a global destination for real estate investment and urban innovation.
The project, according to LSDPC, aligns with the Lagos State Government’s agenda to foster sustainable development, attract foreign investment, and strengthen the city’s status as a leading economic hub in Africa.
Officials from both parties affirmed their commitment to ensuring that the project sets new benchmarks for architectural excellence, environmental sustainability, and urban lifestyle quality in Lagos.
The LSDPC–MEH partnership represents another significant step in the Corporation’s mission to deliver innovative, high-value, and future-ready housing and commercial developments across the state.
